About the concert Montréal-Munich
Presented on May 4, 2025 in Montréal, this project is the result of creative residencies in Québec and Bavaria. Quasar collaborated with six composers — Francis Battah, Philipp C. Mayer, Maxime McKinley, Florence M. Tremblay, Alexander Strauch, and Abigél Varga — to offer six brand-new works, true carte blanche for musical innovation. These creations were later performed in Munich as part of the aDevantgarde Festival, highlighting the international reach of contemporary music.

Congratulations to all the finalists !
