Description
From 18 to 23 February 2026, Quasar – saxophone quartet – will be in Monterrey for the final residency of the Montréal–Monterrey: le souffle des corps project.
This crucial stage will mark the culmination of a research and creation process that began in December, bringing together composers and choreographers from Quebec and Mexico.
During this intensive week, the artists will work in tandem to finalise five original works that fuse contemporary music and dance. The concert will then have its world premiere on 24 February 2026 in Mexico, followed by a performance in Montreal on 11 March 2026 during Semaine du Neuf (Le Vivier).
