Abigél Varga (b. 1996, Eger, Hungary) is a versatile composer whose works blend classical traditions with innovative approaches. She studied composition at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest and the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich. Her music has been performed at venues such as the Neuköllner Oper in Berlin, the Lucerne Festival, and the Transparent Sound Festival in Budapest.

Her recent projects include the interdisciplinary oratorio EMBRACE and the short opera Coded Bodies. She is a fellow of the "Akademie Musiktheater heute" (Deutsche Bank Foundation) and was an artist-in-residence at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. In addition to her compositional work, she is also active in organizing artistic projects.
