Anaïs-Nour Benlachhab

(1996 - )

Artist and painter born in 1996 in France, devotes her life to creation. Her exploration of sound is embodied through hybrid works linking different arts.

Each invention is driven by a deep human commitment that is reflected in artistic form.

The work, like the artist, is influenced by the intersections of her multicultural identity encouraged her interest in traditional music and the integration of “oral" music, through improvisation.

Firstly training in classical guitar and dance at the Conservatoire de Montpellier, she continued her studies at the University Jean-Jaurès and at the Conservatoire de Toulouse. Studying in classes of Bertrand DUBEDOUT and Guy-Olivier FERLA, she obtained a Bachelor and a DEM of composition. She also studied jazz with saxophonist Abdu SALIM.

Currently, she lives in Berlin where she continues her artistic and musical research Master studies at Hochschule für Musik Von Berlin Hanns Eisler.

Her passion for trans-disciplinary creation led her to collaborate on many projects with artists: visual artists, director, actors, writer, translator ...
